FLO2+ 40 MINUTE 1-ON-1 SESSION

Delivered by a certified Stretching and Flexibility coach

 

This hands on session is delivered by a coach also certified in the National Academy of Sport Medicine’s groundbreaking Stretching and Flexibility program. These safe and science-based stretching techniques will allow you to you move better, increase flexibility, and improve breathing efficiency whilst promoting relaxation and stimulating the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system.

Movement + Oxygen Advantage™ Breathing

 

Using Oxygen Advantage™ breathing techniques and applying concepts around fascial anatomy and the science of human movement, this session will use an assessment of fascial nets to Implement a customized, assisted, and self-stretching program to safely and effectively improve movement and breathing efficiency.
